Philippe Delan

Philippe Delannoy , known as Philippe Delan , is a scenario writer, dialogist and draftsman of Cartoon French born with Lille the September 19th 1956.

It recontre its accomplice of always the draftsman of data base François Boucq in Ce1.

Their collaboration will bear his fruits because, in the Années 1970, they will make many publications in Mormoil , Pilote , then in icy Fluide in which most famous Rock Mastard is born their common hero.
