Philippe Conrad (born in 1945) is a French, directing historian of seminar to the College interarmées of defense.

Member of the GREECE, it directed the collection “Nation Armed” with the Copernic editions, as well as the CLOSOR until in 1976. He animates, in company of Bernard Lugan and Dominique Venner the Libre newspaper of Bernard Lugan on Radio Courtesy.

Professor of history and director of seminar to the College Interarmées de Défense, it has was director of drafting of History-Magazine , of Grounds of history .

He currently chairs the Association of the committee of leading continuity of the Nouvelle Review of History (NRH), and collaborates in the monthly magazine the Spectacle of the World . He is also responsible for the historical encyclopedias of the editions Atlas.
