Philippe Claudel is a French writer, born on February 2nd, 1962 with Dombasle-on-Meurthe (Meurthe-et-Moselle).
Childhood and formation
Literary career
Philippe Claudel devoted a thesis to André Hardellet. He is university lecturer with the Université of Nancy where he teaches with the Institut European of the Cinema and Audio-visual the.
He was the godfather of the 16th Festival of the First novel, with Chambéry, in 2003.
Very attached to the Lorraine , it chaired the Erckmann-Chatrian price of 2003 to 2006.
