Philippe Chaslin

Philippe Chaslin , born in 1857 and deceased in 1923 is a Aliéniste French.

Mental specialist with the Hospital of Salpêtrière, large specialist in the French and German nosology, one owes him in particular the description and the study of the mental Confusion. He was one of the first to be opposed vigorously to the theory then in vogue of the degeneration in the etiology of the mental disorders.
