Philippe Chalmin

Philippe Chalmin is a professor of French economy, specialized on the market of the raw materials. It is a neo-classic economist . Founder of the Cyclops Circle, which publishes each year since 1986 a total return on the state and the prospects for the raw material worldwide markets.

Biography

Philippe Chalmin is graduate of HEC (1974), aggregate of History (1977), arts doctor and Social sciences and of history (1981).

He is professor associated with the Université Paris-Dauphine since 1994 and director with the master International Affaires 212 since 1999. He also taught with the Conservatoire national of arts and trades.

He was economic council of the group Euler until 2002. He intervenes in the emission Y' does not have that the CAC on I-TV and signs many chronicles in the press.

Specialist in the market of the raw materials, it regards them as one curse , taking again the example of the Dutch Disease. It coordinates each year the publication of the Cyclops report/ratio on the worldwide markets.
