Philippe Candelon is a singer, actor, type-setter and French photographer born in 1963. It carries out exposures in all Europe.

Biography

Philippe Candelon, originating in Gers, begins in 1985 in the troop from Roger Louret “the Wandering entertainers in Resident of Agen” after having been during two years raises school of Marianne Valéry in Monclar d' Agenais (47).

Very quickly he interprets the roles of young first of the traditional repertory (the miserly one, the Barber of Seville, play of the love and the chance…) and takes part in the creation of many parts of Roger Louret (I have 20 years I you emmerde, the scrambled holidays, Aliénor of Aquitaine…), but in fact the musical productions especially will reveal it with the public.

Thus “the java of the memories” after its creation with the Theater of Pocket of Monclar in 1991, will be a great success in Paris with the Theater of the Rebirth in 1992, the dedication coming with “the Years Twist” to the Folies Shepherdess in 1995 for which the Company will obtain Molière of the Best Musical production, will follow then “the Zazous Years” and “the Fever of the Eighties” always with the Madnesses Shepherdesses, he will play then the part of the Baron in “Parisian life” in Bercy…

Meanwhile Catherine Lara proposes to him to record the credits of the serial of indigo Ground with Barbara Scaff, her partner of scene. The song will be the great success of the summer 1996, and the duet Scaff-Candelon signs in the tread an album several of them individual will be drawn “Pa bo out of Ba”, “Cinema”, “Night train”… It also takes part during several years in the “Years Tubes” on TF1.

After the year 2000, deviating temporarily from the Company Roger Louret, one finds it in “Romeo and Juliette” with the Palate of the Congresses of Paris then “Young ladies of Rochefort” in the role Simon Dame…

But its desire to move away from the Parisian universe and its taste pronounced for Spain and walk push it to leave on the Ways Saint-Jacques-with-Compostelle which gradually will switch it towards the world of photography…

It exposes today in all France and even abroad… mixing from now on the song with photography.

Extremely a new inspiration, enabling him to write its own songs, it leaves in January 2007 its first album solo “In front of you”, as well as a disc with the songs of its spectacle on Saint-Jacob: “Camino of Santiago”
