Philipp Scheidemann
Philipp Heinrich Scheidemann is a German politician born the July 26th 1865 with Kassel and deceased the November 29th 1939 with Copenhagen.
Initially journalist, then appointed SPD with the Reichstag, it is in favor of the war during the First World War. He becomes minister without portfolio in the last imperial government of the Prince max von Baden. The November 9th 1918, although profiting from no support of party, he proclaims the republic of a balcony of the Reichstag to Berlin.
Become the minister-president of Reich, he resigns rather than to sign the Traité of Versailles. He becomes then mayor of Kassel. He is opposed to any government reactionary. An attempted murder on its person by the Organization Consul fails in 1922.
It leaves the Germany in 1933 with the seizure of power of Hitler.
