Philipp Chemnitz

Philipp Chemnitz , small son of Martin Chemnitz, Protestant theologist died in 1678, known under the name of Hippolytus with Lapidates.

He is author of the work entitled Of Rations status in imperio Homano-Germanico , 1640, where he blames the abuse the imperial rights.
