Philip Mr. Kaiser
Philip Mayer Kaiser (born the July 12th 1913 with Brooklyn, the United States and dead the May 24th 2007 in Sibley Hospital Memorial of Washington, the United States of a Pneumonia), is a American Diplomate .
He occupies its first post of ambassador in 1961 with the Senegal and in Mauritania, it remains in station until in 1964. Of 1977 with 1980, he becomes ambassador in Hungary then in Austria of 1980 with 1981.
