General explanatory rule of the waves of UFO
He proposed a general explanatory rule of the waves of Ovni S: " When the press coverage leads the public to believe that there are UFOs in the surroundings, there are many objects natural or artificial which, particularly when they are seen the night, can take unusual characteristics in the spirit of an observer full with hope. Their observations of UFO are added in return to the excitation of mass, which encourages even more witnesses to seek to see UFOs. This situation nourishes itself until the media lose their interest for the subject, and then the phenomenon falls down. ".
