Philexfrance
Philexfrance is the name of the international exhibitions of Philatélie organized in France in 1982, 1989 and 1999. The living room is the occasion for the collectors to discover exposures of collections, to meet foreign postal administrations and traders in stamps; philatelic associations animate activities there to make discover the stamp collection to the young people and the general public. Before and during, Philexfrance were the occasion in 1989 and 1999 several emissions of stamps and block-layers by La Poste Frenchwoman.
The exposures of 1989 and 1999 were organized by the Association for the development of philately, regrouping of the French main actors of philately.

Philexfrance 89
This world of philately took place with the exhibition site of Paris (carries from Versailles) from July 7th to 17th 1989. The main theme was the bicentenary of the French revolution.
Stamps emitted in advertisement of Philexfrance 89
- the Liberté of Gandon according to Delacroix to 2,20 F contiguous with label-announces in 1987 and 1988.
- In 1988: a band of two stamps and of label-announces: “The assembly of the three orders with Vizille” and “the day of the tiles with Grenoble”, two tables of Alexandre Debelle.
- stamps of the philatelic program 1989 on the topic of the Revolution: the logotype of Folon, the triptych Freedom, Equality, Fraternity, an extract of the draft of the Oath of Jeu de Paume of David, a notebook and a block on 10 characters of the Revolution.
- Block-layer of prestige: the Declaration of the Human rights and the Citizen. Sold on reservation for 50 francs, the block was accompanied by an entry for Philexfrance.
French philatelic material emitted during the living room
- “electronic Postcard”: a postal Whole whose text and obliteration were printed by the machine. Forwarding was immediate. Facial value: 10 francs.
- Of the notebooks of ten stamps Freedom of Gandon made on the spot with a cover on the topic of the Revolution and renewed each day.
Foreign emissions
Among the many emissions of stamps in the world on the topic of the French revolution in 1989, some had repercussions in the philatelic topicality:- the inversion of the colors of the French flag on the stamp states-unien “Liberty, Egality, Fraternity”.
- the the USSR honoured Danton, Robespierre and Marat on the same stamp.
- the Greece took again the French flag and the face of Freedom extracted the table of Eugene Delacroix, and which was used then on the stamps as everyday usage French.
- the Paraguay overloaded logo Philexfrance 89 a stamp dedicated to the Endeavor, the ship of the captain James Cook, at the point to make the boat difficult to distinguish.
Philexfrance 99
The world one of philately was partly devoted to the 150e birthday of the first French stamp, the Twenty centimes black whose reproduction was entitled to a notebook and a stamp large size equipped with a hologram with Cérès.Among the emissions announcing the demonstration:
- the Marianne of July 14th contiguous to the logo, emitted in December 1997;
- stamps and block-layer reproducing the drawings of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry for the Small Prince , in September 1998;
- a notebook of stamps on stamps for the 150e birthday of the first stamp of France of 1849, in January 1999;
- a block of prestige “chiefs of work of art”, of which the Mona Lisa, in March 1999; sold 50 francs for 20 francs of facial value, the surtax finances the Association for the development of philately, organizing of Philexfrance;
- and the first stamp of France with Hologram whose setting on sale anticipated coincides with the first day of the exposure.
