Phil Waugh
Phil Waugh , born the September 22nd 1979, is a player of Rugby to XV Australia N which plays in the Super 14 with the New South Wales Waratahs and with the team of Australia. It occupies the station of third line wing, measurement 1,75 m and weighs 100 kg.
Biography
He played for the team of Australia of school (1997, as a captain), of less than 19 years (1998) and less than 21 years (1998-2000, as a captain in 2000).He carried out its first test match in November 2000 against the team of England.
Waugh began in the Super 12 in (1999) with Waratahs. He was Australian player of the year Super 12 in 2001. He did not play in 2002 because of a wound, and made his return to the high level in 2003.
He took part in the world cup 2003 (6 played matches).
In 2005, it carried out one good season from Super 12, then was stopped for wound. It returned to dispute three matches of the Tri-nations as a holder, then four tests matches at the time of a round in Europe.
