Phil Ature

Phil Ature ( Filo Sganga in Italian original version, Jubal Pomp in English) is a Personnage of fiction of the universe of the ducks created in 1961 by the Italian author Romano Scarpa for the studios Disney. In the various French translations, it was also called Charles Hattan , Jacques Humul (E) or Paulin Stable during his successive appearances.

Appeared for the first time on February 12th, 1961 in the Abduction of Brigitte (Zio Paperone E it ratto di Brigitta) , this billionaire with the paces of large particularly pretentious bird and mild nutter dreams to beat Balthazar Picsou, would be this only once in any field, however improbable. With this intention, it makes regularly team with Brigitte McBridge, unceasingly trying to create products innovating like theradio one or the breeding of locusts. Its attempts to grow rich are generally balanced by failures.
