Philémon Mukendi

Philémon Mukendi is a Congolese politician of the Congo-Kinshasa. He was the Minister for the Culture and arts of the Democratic republic of Congo. He replaced Christophe Muzungu at this station by the decree n°5/159 of the November 18th 2005, bearing Réaménagement of the Transition government of the Democratic republic of Congo.
