The geckos of this kind are Diurne S (from where the name running of the kind) with a round Pupille, except for the species Phelsuma guentheri . They are mainly Arboricole S (except Phelsuma barbouri and Phelsuma ocellata , terrestrial), and live typically in the hot and wet forests.
