Phase-change Random Access Memory
The memory PRAM , for P hase-Changes RAM , or ( Ovonic Unified Memory , Chalcogenide RAM or C-RAM in English) is a type of memory of Ordinateur not bird still with the state of Research and development.
The memory PRAM uses the property of the Verre of Chalcogénure, which makes it rock of the form Cristalline with the form Amorphe under the effect of the Chaleur.
The researchers hope that this type of memory will replace one day the Mémoire flash.
