Pharnace Ier (in Greek old Φαρνάκης / Pharnákês ) king of the Bridge of 184 with 170 av. J. - C.
Oldest son and successor of Mithridate III. Its territorial expansion policy towards the Bridge Euxin (Black Sea) and the catch of the town of Sinope in 183 av. J. - C. which it tries to justify by the sending of an embassy in Rome in -183/-182 like worms the Cappadoce and the Galatie runs up against against Eumène II of Pergame which is the ally of Rome.
With its death the throne is occupied by his/her brother Mithridate IV Philopatôr which also takes the nickname of Philadelphôs (which loves his/her brother).
