Phantasy Star Online is a Online game massively multi-players (MMORPG) left on Dreamcast in the year 2000 with the Japan and beginning 2001 in Europe and with the the United States. He is often regarded as the first true play Online on console.
A second episode (Phantasy Star Online ver.2) will leave thereafter on the same machine. Then arriving Dreamcast at the end of the lifetime, the play will be carried on many other consoles and will see being born from other continuations.

Gameplay

It is possible to establish its own character in a single way and to play in four " stages" different on the Planet Ragol . Each end of level is characterized by the combat of a creature which one must overcome to be able to reach at the following level. The characters have a level which goes from 1 to 200. Points of experiment are given for each killed monster. At the end of a certain number of points of experiment, the character passes at the higher level and obtains thus more force, of life, defense, dodging, magic force and precision. The play can be played in line, like a multijouor (to four players) or quite simply in solo.
