Phacomatoses

The phacomatoses are a group of Maladie S implying of the anomalies of development of the ectodermal Tissu outcome with various malformations of the névraxe to tumors of small size (phacomes), cutaneous, nervous and ocular:

• the standard neurofibromatose 1 (NF-1) or disease of Recklinghausen .
• the standard neurofibromatose 2 (NF-2)
• the Sclerosis tuberose of Bourneville
• the Syndrome of Sturge-Weber-Krabbe
• the Disease of Von Hippel-Lindau
• the Disease of Returned-Osler
• the Ataxia telangiectasy

This group of diseases is often hereditary because of genetic origin .
