The phénothiazines are a group of derived from the Phénothiazine. They constitute largest of the five principal classes of Médicament S Antipsychotique S. Although these drugs are generally effective, one often observes side effects, among which Parkinsonisme and sedation (as a partriculier in the first phases of the treatment).
