Peugeot - Citroen Valencian

This site was created with Place-Saint-Amand (59) in 1992 in partnership with FIAT and is known under the name of SEVELNORD ( S ociété E uropéenne of VE hicules L égers of the NORTHERN ). The factory, employing approximately 4000 people, deals with the assembly of the monospaces and commercial vehicles of the two groups (Peugeot 807, Citroen C8, Citroen Jumpy and Peugeot Expert of PSA and FIAT Ulysses, Lancia Phedra and FIAT Scudo of group FIAT.) In 2005, the factory produced more than 100.000 vehicles with a 800 vehicles/day potential.

The town of Valencian has another factory PSA which is in charge of the manufacture of automatic and manual gear boxes.
