Petrofina
Belgian finance company of oils, Petrofina was created the February 25th 1920 by a group of investors from Antwerp.
The company amalgamated to give the TotalFina group in 1999. Following fusion with Elf Aquitaine in 2000, it forms now the group Total Fina Elf
Albert Frère is the principal shareholder. It remained it after the fusion of the three groups.
