Peter Nicholas Williams , was born the December 14th 1958 in Wigan (England). It is a former player of Rugby to XV, which played with the team of England, evolving/moving at the station of half of opening.

It disputed its first test match the April 4th 1987, at the time of a match against the team of Scotland and the last against the team of Wales, the June 8th 1987.
