Peter Vanvelthoven

Peter Vanvelthoven is a socialist Politician Belgian, born with Lommel the October 22nd 1962, wire of Louis Vanvelthoven. He is currently federal minister for Employment, also in load of the computerization of the State.

Bachelor of law of VUB, it also holds a special license in taxation and accountancy of the University of Ghent.

  • 1995 - 1999: Regional deputy Flemish
  • 1999 - 2003: Federal deputy
  • 2003 - 2005: Secretary of State in charge of the computerization of the State, assistant of the Minister for the Budget and the State enterprises.
  • 2005 -: federal minister for Employment, in load of the computerization of the State
