Peter Ernst I von Mansfeld
Peter Ernst I von Mansfeld-Vorderort (Heldrungen in Saxony, July 20th 1517 - Luxembourg, May 22nd 1604) is a chief of army and governor of the Spanish Netherlands.
He took share with the Guerre Eighty Year old at the sides of Don Juan of Austria and Alexandre Farnèse. Named governor AD interim in 1590, it became it indeed with dead of Farnèse in 1592.
His/her illegitimate son, Ernst von Mansfeld (1580 - 1629) took an active part in the Guerre Thirty Year old.
