Peter Brabeck-Letmathe

Peter Brabeck-Letmathe (born the November 13rd 1944 with Villach in Austria) is chairman of the Multinationale Nestlé since the June 5th 1997.

It joined the group in Austria in 1968 to start as a Commercial and specializes in the new products. It directed Nestlé Ecuador (1970 - 1980) then Nestlé Venezuela (1983 - 1987) before joining the seat of Vevey.
Peter Brabeck thinks that water like the others, that it has a commercial value and that is needed the privatiser is a food product. " ONG have an extreme opinion when with the problem of the access to water. They wish that the access to water be nationalized, i.e. everyone can have access to water. My point of view is not this one, it is necessary that water is regarded a food product, and as any foodstuff, that it has a value, a cost. ” According to him, therefore, it is normal that those which cannot pay water do not survive.
