Hidden modes
Pete Sampras Tennis has moreover two hidden modes of play, the Crazy modes and World Tournament. The access is authorized only to the condition of having the following password: “Zeppelin”.
In the first, one finds the mascot of Codemasters, “Dizzy” making the funambulist on the net. By collecting items appearing on the ground, the players can make decrease or enlarge the balls.
In the second, the player begins the play while being classified 35ème world, that is to say last for the play. He can reach only the easiest tournaments and collect his first points enabling him to climb the levels for the tournaments of the large slam.
To note
- It cartouche of the play (J-Cart), just like that of Micro Machines 2 or of Super Skidmarks (on Megadrive, of the same editor) contains two ports additional levers. It is thus possible to play four players without having special adapter.
