Perpendicular review

The Perpendicular Revue is a literary Revue, published in the editions Michalon (1995-1996) then with the editions Flammarion (1997-98).

It published many contemporary authors like Lydie Salvayre, Pierre-Autin Grenier, Daniel Foucard, Michel Houellebecq, Jean-Charles Massera, Maurice G. Dantec, Jerome Mauche, François Rosset, Abdel Illa Salhi, and initiated a critical and theoretical work in close link with reflections on the contemporary art, the mass culture, or the music, carried out by its founders.

Its publication was abruptly stopped by Flammarion following a disagreement opposing the founders of the review (Nicolas Bourriaud, Christophe Duchatelet, Jean-Yves Jouannais, Christophe Kihm…) with Michel Houellebecq, member of the editorial board, at the time of the publication of the Elementary particles .
