Pernette
A pernette is an element, generally in refractory Argile, which makes it possible to prevent that the Poterie S put to cook are not touched in the Four. The pernettes are especially useful in the case of glaçurées potteries, since the glazes melting with heat are likely to stick the parts between them.
The pernettes are used out of ground of Islam, and generally take the star shape with three branches. In other cultures, as in China, ceramics is generally locked up individually in cassettes.
