A permanent tooth or final tooth is a tooth intended to remain all the life in mouth.

Description

Chronology

  • Canine: eruption with 9-10 years in bottom, 11-12 years in top
  • First premolar: eruption with 10-11 years
  • Second premolar: eruption with 10-12 years
  • First molar: eruption at 6 years
  • Second molar: eruption at 12 years
  • Third molar: eruption with 18-25 years
