Perly-Certoux

Perly-Certoux is a common Suisse of the Canton of Geneva.

Geography

The commune is at the border with the France. Extended from 2,58 km, it culminates with 435m. Its principal river is the river of the Aire.

The commune of Perly-Certoux is located on the axis Geneva - Saint-Julien-in-Genevese, in border of the French territory, near the bypass of Geneva. A zone of trade and craft industry developed, on this urbanized axis, parallel to the center of population.

But the commune of Perly-Certoux also takes part in the Genevese landscape of the rural districts and is located, in the North-West, on important penetrating of greenery including/understanding the Aire, its wooded parts and its agricultural and market-gardening plain.

If they include/understand some farms or wine, the village of Certoux and the old village of Perly are primarily residential.
