Peripatetic school

The peripatetic school is a philosophical school founded by Aristote in 335 av. J. - C. with the Lycée of Athens. It also designates by extension its spectators, Juif S as Musulman S. It draws its name from the Greek term peripatein , to go as well.

Members peripateticians

Most famous was Straton de Lampsaque, which put forward the elements naturalists contained in the doctrines of Aristote, and, contrary to its Master which had concluded with the existence from a Main cause, turned resolutely to a form of atheism.

Axiom peripatetic

Their axiom form the currency of the Empiricism.

Péripatéticiens taught that the heart was only one aptitude - a faculty able to reach all the kinds of passive perfection - and that then, by knowledge and the virtue it became ready to be linked with the Intelligence agente, which proceeded of God. According to the Islamic philosophical , to adhere to this theory would have been to deny the immortality of the heart.

Notice

The term of peripatetician (that which walks) is allotted by euphemism to professional older trade of the world, i.e. with the prostitutes. It is thus a term to be used with precaution. The masculine, peripatetician , exist but does not qualify a prostituant himself man at all.
