Periklís Iakovákis
Periklís Iakovákis (in Greek: Περικλής Ιακωβάκης ), born on March 24th, 1979 with Patras, is a Greek athlete specialist in the 400 m hedges. He is holder of the record of Greece of the discipline and champion of Greece with nine recoveries.
In 1998, Iakovákis is world champion junior of the 400 m hedges to Annecy. In 2003, it finishes third with the Championnats of the world of athletics of Saint-Denis. He is currently champion of Europe in title after his victory with the Championnats of Europe of athletics 2006.
