Perihelion
see also: Etymology of Perihelion
The perihelion is the point of the Orbite of a celestial body (Planet, Comet, etc) which is brought the most closer to the Sun.
That says also time when the object reached this point.
The Ground describes an elliptic orbit whose Sun occupies one of the hearths. It is with the perihelion towards the January 3rd, at a distance from 0,983 ua.
See Périapside for more details.
The Antonyme of perihelion is Aphélie .
