Percy Daggs III

Percy Daggs III , born the July 20th 1982 with the the United States, is an American actor, especially known for its role of Wallace Fennel in the televised series Veronica Mars . It was invited to take part in several televised series such as Boston Public , The Guardian , NYPD Blue and The Nightmare Room . His/her young sister passed in the emission of MTV , Made like wanting to become surfer.
