Perch
Juche is a Idéologie developed by the former president of the North Korea Kim Il Sung and which founds the mode of the democratic Popular republic of Korea. She guides the activities of the Parti the work of Korea, dominating in North Korea, and of the national democratic Front anti-impérialiste in South Korea. This ideology was baptized thus by one of its principal theorist, the North-Korean Hwang Jang-yop. This one made defection besides, while taking refuge with the embassy of Korea-of-South in Beijing in February 1997.
The doctrines of perch takes up the ideas of the Communisme which preaches a classless society and also rests on the political principle of independence, economic self-sufficiency and military autonomy. It has like objective the reunification with the South Korea.
According to the official site " Naenara" , " the ideas of Perches can be summarized with this: the people are the Master of the revolution and the development of the country and have the capacities to promote them. These ideas rest on the philosophical principle according to which the man is Master of all and decides on all. The ideas of Perches present a design of the world centered on the man and a political philosophy aiming at carrying out the sovereignty of the popular masses, i.e. a philosophy specifying the base of the policy which makes it possible to lead the company to its development by the way more droite". ().
The Politique of songun was developed by Kim Jong-il since 1995 as prolongation of the ideas of perches.
At the time of the seventieth birthday of the president Kim It-sung, the Monument with the Ideas of Perches was set up with Pyongyang opposite the river Taedong. High of 170 meters, the monument is composed of a column, on which the word " is registered; juche" , surmounted by high red torch a 20 meters enlightened the night, inside which a lighting aims at giving the impression of the wavering of a flame. In front of the tower, bronze a monumental sculpture 30 height meters represents a workman, a peasant and an intellectual respectively holding the hammer, the sickle and the brush, in order to symbolize the alliance of these three social classes. Plates of congratulations, brought by foreign delegations, appear in an opening located at the base of the monument.
