Perceval March
The colonel Perceval March is a detective created by John Dickson Carr and is inspired by one of his close friends Cecil John Charles Street more known under the pseudonym of John Rhode.
Colonel March occupies with Scotland Yard service D-3, Département of the Odd Causes. It is thus brought to solve businesses which do not seem to have rational explanations.
