Pepe Cáceres
Jose Eslava Cáceres known as “Pepe Cáceres” , born with Tolima (Colombia) the March 16th 1935, died with Bogotá (Colombia) the August 16th 1987, was a Colombian Matador.
Presentation
He took the alternate with Seville (Spain) the September 30th 1956. During its long career, it toréa as well in Spain as in Latin America. He was generally regarded as excellent a capeador .He was also stockbreeder of bulls and organizer of bullfights. The July 20th 1987, in the arenas of Sogamoso (Colombia), it is seriously wounded by the bull “Monin” of the Ganadería San Esteban de Overas. He dies in Bogotá the next on August 16th.
