Pemmican

The pemmican consists of animal grease, of meat dried and reduced out of powder, as well as small fruits. By mixing these ingredients, one obtains a bread species, or a pie, which with quality not to mildew. In fact it could preserve tens of years, even more. It is especially used for polar forwardings
The ingredients used vary according to the availabilities: Bison, dash, Wapiti or others deer tribe for the meat, bays of shadbush (saskatoon) generally, but also Cherry S, currants, bays of aronia and Bilberry S for the fruits.
