Pelhřimov

Pelhřimov is a town of Bohemia in Czech Republic, notable for her museum of the records and curiosities. The city has a center town registered with the inventory of the historic buildings and one can admire there the remainders of the fortifications, two strengthened doors, a “baroquized” Gothic church thereafter, a principal place at the Renaissance houses and a castle of the Rebirth transformed into town hall.

History

The city is born at the 13th century and is in possession of the archbishops of Prague until 1416. It becomes royal city in 1596. The urban development is done primarily with when cloth factories are established there.
