Peer Gynt (Continuations n° 1 and 2)
In 1874, Edvard Grieg composes a Incidental music for the Play Peer Gynt of the Norwegian Dramaturge Henrik Ibsen. Of the 22 numbers, Edvard Grieg will select eight of them, arranging them and réorchestrant them in two continuations for Symphony orchestra.
First continuation
Continuation n° 1, COp 46, was written in 1888- 1. In the morning , Allegro Pastoral
