The God Bless America is an American patriotic song, composed by Irving Berlin in 1918 and often considered as the semi-official national anthem. For some years, it has been this song which resounds in the USA, much more than the true anthem. For example, the service of Celine Dion the shortly after on September 11th proves well that " God bless America" is from now on the American federator song.
