Pecorino Sardo

The Pecorino Sardo is one of the most typical cheeses of the Sardinia, which is its only place of manufacture. There are two types: the soft one, with the flavor close to the ewe's milk, and refined with the stronger and prickly taste. It is close to the Pecorino romano.
