Peak of Bizkarzé
The peak of Bizkarze (1656 m) is a top of the Basque Country French at the south-western end of the province of Soule.
Etymology
Bizkar , which means “Dos” in Basque, is a term frequently used in Toponymie; it is reinforced here with a suffix - tze .
Geography
The solid mass of Bizkarzé is an appendix in the south of the Watershed Pyrénéen, in the west of the Pic of Orhy.
Access
One reaches it since the Col of Bagargui between Larrau and the Forêt of Iraty. History
