Peak neurale

The cells of the peak neurale are generated starting from the dorsal area of the Tube neural of the Embryon S of the Craniate S (Vertébré S and Myxine S). They migrate through the Embryon and give rise to the peripheral Nervous system with the Neuron S, the neurons of the peripheral nervous system, the spinaux and sensory ganglia, the Mélanocytes like with certain nonneuronal cells in periphery of the nervous system like the cells of Schwann, satellites and endocrinnienne (with Calcitonine or the medullary ones of the Glande suprarenal) and in the area of brain;

  • the ectomésenchyme (bone tissues on the level of the face and cranium, and conjunctive fabrics)
  • the Skin of the Neck and the face
  • the Tooth S (odontoblastes and dentine, fabrics at the origins of the teeth)
  • bulk-heading of the Heart
  • endocrine glands: adrenal medullas, paraganglions
  • meninges
  • mélanocytes

The cells of the peak neurale are initially original cells pluripotentes but their potentialities of Différenciation are restricted progressively of their development. They constitute a Modèle choice for the study of the migration and cellular differentiation.
