Paulette Guinchard-Kunstler

Paulette Guinchard is a French political woman, born the October 3rd 1949 with Reugney (Doubs) It was Député PS of the second district of the Doubs, ex Secretary of State to the elderly of the Gouvernement Lionel Jospin and ex vice-president of the National Assembly, member of the PS and member of the Municipal council of Besancon

Biography

  • 1949 the October 3rd, it is born with Reugney in the Doubs to 40 km in the south from Besancon beside Ornans. Exit of a modest family made up of eight children.

  • It very early engages with the Christian Jeunesse agricultural in parallel of its studies in economy and joined in 1969 the Socialist party unified of Michel Rocard then in 1986 with the PS of François Mitterrand or are already registered much its close relations.
  • It is saleswoman in a Besancon-native Librairie and member of the CFDT with a view to improve the work conditions and remunerations of the employees.
  • It is reconverted into the trade of Infirmière in Psychiatrie in specialized establishment near children Autiste S then responsible for formation for the care with the elderly.
