Paul Stastny

Paul Stastny (born the December 27th 1985 with Quebec, Canada) is an American player of professional Hockey. He is member of an big family of hockey players:

  • his/her two uncles as his father played as a professional: Marián and Anton being his/her uncles and Peter his father.
  • Yan his/her brother plays for the Blues of St-Louis.

Career

He begins his career in 2002 with the Throws To rivet City in USHL. He is selected in 2005 during the fishing out of entry in the National league of hockey by the Avalanche of Colorado in 2nd round, in 44e position. Since the season 2006-2007, he plays in LNH with the Avalanche of Colorado. He raises the #26 of his famous father Peter Šťastný.
