Paul Roberts (December 31st 1959) was the second singer of the group of the Stranglers since the album Stranglers in the night going back to 1991. Fan of the " étrangleurs" since the beginning of their career, it arrived within the group by knowing the major part of the pieces by heart. It left the formation in 2006.

One can add that one of its idols is David Bowie what makes a contrast with the old album of the Stranglers of 1977 named No more heroes in answer to the tube of that one calls Ziggy Stardust : Heroes.

Paul Roberts was youngest of the Stranglers. He has same two decades of variation with the beater of the group: Jet Black.
