Paul Mantoux
Paul Mantoux (1877 - 1956) is a Historien of the economy, in particular of the Industrial revolution in Great Britain, interprets Georges Clémenceau with the Conférence of Versailles in 1919 and cofounder of the Institut of high international studies of Geneva.
It formed to part, in 1934, of the Research department Social that Leon Jouhaux, then secretary of the CGT, created on the model of the Research department social of the Belgian working Party
He is the father of Etienne Mantoux.
