Paul Landowski

Paul-Maximilien Landowski , Sculptor French, is born in Paris in 1875 and dies in Boulogne-Billancourt in 1961 of the continuations of an heart attack.

He marries Amélie Cruppi, girl of the politician Jean Cruppi. He is the father of the painter Nadine Landowski (1908 - 1943), of Jean max Landowski, the Compositeur Marcel Landowski (1915 - 1999) and of the Pianiste and painter Francoise Landowski-Caillet (born in 1917). He is also the grandson, by his mother, of the famous violonist and type-setter Henri Vieuxtemps.
